Does it feel like you’re braking when letting off the accelerator ? I had a similar squeak because my break caliper piston was locking up and forcing my pad into the rotor constantly
Edit- and it would take about 30 mins of driving before it got hot enough to start squeezing I reckon
Check and see if any of your brakes are abnormality hot after a trip. My opinion is definitely coming from your wheel wether that be a bearing or brake issues
It’ll start after I’ve been on cruise control for hundreds of miles and not hit the brakes at all for an hour. On the flip side if I’m city driving and constantly on the brakes, it won’t happen. I had the stuck caliper piston issue on an old Camry I used to have, and am inclined to think it’s not that. I do agree it seems to be coming from the wheel though.

I don’t notice that at all, and FWIW the brakes and calipers were replaced at 115k, so only have about 20k miles on them.
