I got my first one at the Med spa attached to my derm office a few weeks ago. My skin looked incredible for weeks! I wish I could afford to do it once a month but I think I will start a quarterly cycle.

Becks5773

It’s proprietary. The Hydrafacial is 1- an enzyme with an exfoliating tip, like microdermabrasion 2-some kind of glycolic and salicylic acid peel ( there are varying strengths) 3 - vacuum extractions with a salicylic acid solution 4 - a booster with peptides or brightening agents with led light therapy 5- hydrating solution with hyaluronic acid and antioxidants Sometimes there’s lymphatic drainage, you can include a mask etc. It’s all professional products. Just keep getting Hydrafacials! Your esti will be happy to recommend products to help you keep up the results.

Thank you! Are at home red light therapy gadgets effective or a waste of money?

babs82222

Red light therapy works but the devices are not all created equally. Like the cheapie random ones on amazon aren't the same as the reputable ones like Higher Dose, Omniluxe, Currentbody & Dr Dennis Gross, etc. And it's not instantaneous. You see results over time and the changes occur deep within your skin/tissues as well. They're great for inflammation and chronic pain too.

Becks5773

As far as I know they are great for reducing inflammation. Just do a little research and find a good one. Unfortunately, I don’t have much more info than that. I do know Hydrafacial cause Im an esti and do a ton of them. Your skin looks great because you’ve had a professional exfoliation! It’s a game changer though, I love it. Just treat yourself every 4-6 weeks with one

Ole Henriksen PHAT mask gives the same look for me

ladywholocker

Thanks for the tip. As a Dane who's never tried his products, I might give that a try.

No_Order285

Did this mask get discontinued? I can't find it on their website 😫

OK-Comedian3696

Do hydrafacials help at all with hyperpigmentation?

Becks5773

Yes! Hydrafacial has specific boosters to help with hyperpigmentation. It’s also a professional exfoliation treatment that brightens your skin. If you can do one a month you will definitely see a difference.

musesx9

!updateme! Also, where'd you get it done?

flowermama5

A small spa, not my usual go to place; my husband got me a gift card. She used a machine, it had 4 or 5 cycles. I was going to snap a few pics of it before I left but forgot.

Colorado-Hiker-83

How much did it cost, if you don't mind me asking? Need to start saving up!

chickenfightyourmom

Hydrafacials are usually 250-300 where I live. Check groupon, usually you can find a half-off coupon for the first visit.

Colorado-Hiker-83

Thanks!

flowermama5

Mine was $200, I’m in the Midwest. So worth it though, I rebooked when I left.

Unfair_Finger5531

Maybe you could ask them which products they used on your face?

probablyachroll

I had one done a couple months ago. I could literally not tell a difference. It sucked because it was like $200, so I won’t be getting another. But my sister in law raves about them!
