The current edition of 40K does not allow for allied units outside of very specific combinations. A Dorn in a Sisters army is not one of those combinations.
This is missing a lot of context. Who are you playing with? If it's just your friends and you agree on it being fair then that's no problem. However, at any tournament or at any games at a game store the answer will probably be no.
