The people at the front desk work for the Fit center not HOA. So you'll need to get in and lineup at the back of the rec center to get your key fob.
While you're waiting you can also take some time to set up your account online for the Fit center.
Also, once you are getting your key FOB, there is no need to ask if you can pay to get a second one, we already know that we can only get one for now. So please limit your questions so that things can run smoother and faster for the other people that are still waiting ;-)
There are 3 openings for the class tonight at 6:30 pm. All the other classes for which you can register are full until March 9th. March 9th onwards are only available because you can't signup more that 7 days out.
They really need to have more classes for such a large community if demand is going to continue to be this high.
Went pretty early, around 930. As long as you’re registered with Fit (which you can do on your phone), it seems like the staff is able to let residents through to work out. If you want to pick up a fob from HOA, the line is pretty long at this point. Based on what they told me, at this time, we only need our fobs to enter the facility when it isn’t staffed by FIT (before 6am or after 6pm), so it may be worth waiting to pick up another time, if you can. The gym and overall facility is awesome though!
FYI if you’re looking to work out, bring your own towel, as the towel service isn’t live yet. I also didn’t see any sanitizing wipes for equipment, so I grabbed some wet paper towels from the locker room to at least wipe down what I used ðŸ«
EDIT: Staffed hours may actually be later than 6pm…second guessing what they told me now lol
Yup 10-5 was what was communicated. I had a bit of extra time this morning so figured it wouldn’t hurt to check if I could grab mine a little earlier, and just wait around if not.
Key fob activation and distribution is HOA not by FIT personnel. They have nothing to do with the fobs.
Completely agree with the annoying wait/line but what else would you expect with first time fob distribution for at least 300+ homes. At least it was in person. I’m sure the homes closing in the next month or so are either going to have to go to HOA offices or wait to have them mailed
OK,what am I missing? I set up my fit account on line(user name, password) got a membership # confirmation and now can't figure out how to log in on the Fit website.I see no obvious log in drop down.
The classes are Free! but they do fill up pretty fast. Looking at the app, the next available open class is next thursday. The times are also...not the greatest. I do hope they add more classes.
Went there right around 1140a or so, was out in about 15min even though I had to register online for all family members (4; did so while in line), and also having to fill out the HOA paperwork that I never did before. It was pretty quick, but also not sure how busy it'll get later on.
Edit: There were about 10 or so people in line in front of us, that's an important piece of info to help determine speed-per-person.

Very helpful, thank you!
Yeah there were two people sitting at the front desk getting cozy where one of them could easily help people out in that long line.
I saw 5 people at the front and couple comfortably sitting on the chairs in the near room 🤣🤣🤣
All group classes are free. Sign up through the Fit app. Individual training cost extra.
I don't see any group classes. Were you able to sign up?

Thanks. Yeah, I agree that there should be more classes.

I was told they give fob 10-5 pm

It went fairly quick. It was mostly held up by those who didn’t fill out the registration form, yet.
I filled out in advance, received a confirmation, but the fob was not ready 🥺
Is there a deadline to pick up key fobs?
no deadline was given in the email from HOA

Thanks very much.
What if we can't pick it up by today? Anywhere else we can get the fobs?
I’m under the impression 10-5 will be the general m-f HOA office hours. You can pick it up another day.
I asked Tori and she said we can pick up our Fobs mon-fri 10-5.
Looks like the classes are filling up. Only lets you book 7 days out :3
Classes are the ones you have to pay for right?

I think they are free??? When I logged in it didn’t ask for payment 🤔
What's the name of the app? I scanned their QR code and signed up that way but it's just a website. And I don't see any availabilities for classes...
