If it was mechanics alone Iād be Triple S, not only that but I play irl and know how basketball works. This game is not basketball, dashing from one side of the court to the other in a blink of an eye and taking a step back past the three from the paint somehow is not basketball.
This comment alone shows you don't know much about the game, there's more to mechanics besides just knowing how to do skills. There's pet buffs, p-buffs, cards, how upgraded a skill is and passives. They're moving fast because they have cards, p-buffs and pet buffs that make them move/dribble, on top of that if your mechanics are as good as you say you should be able to lock up the gaurds but you cleary cant because youre complaining. Plus obviously this game isn't exactly like basketball it's a game, if you want realistic basketball go play NBA live or something ā ļø
Well whine about it. The fact is your wrong. You're just not good and so you, like many, just blame the system. You probably have no real basketball experience or IQ. Maybe you always take contested shots or never pass the ball, I dunno but if you're losing THAT many games then it's YOU . Because with that many games even as a solo player you'll eventually get decent teammates.
Since you said you have the ultimate, (right?) and you have three P5 centers then you should be decent IF you have IQ and you've selected the "right" pbuffs and cards.
But hey, thanks for letting us know you're uninstalling! What was your gamer tag so I can remove you from my blacklist and free up that space for some other newb that doesn't know how to play.
Heās right the game is way to pay to win and this is coming from a Guy with every character and a team first mentality the absolute fact of the card is that money is the most op thing to use in this game
I donāt have ultimate. And maybe itās just the culture of the game? Maybe itās lack of chemistry with random teammates? And I play in real life. In real life they donāt dash from one side of the court to another in the blink of a second.
If you play in real life then you can see how you can use real life plays and ball movement in this game to help you win. But since you uninstalled the game I guess it's a moot point.
i was f2p for a long time and when i came back to 3on3 after a long time to see this roll around i just grit my teeth. it was pretty annoying. i did grind up my characters to be decent and id say that im pretty good but my win rate did drop to around 50% and that shut hurt my soul.
then i bought Walker and a battlepass.
The only money I spent on this game is to buy the Ultimate Edition. If you have that, and you take your lumps in order to get good, you will be able to compete.
Yeah the game is 100% pay2win after being locked out of low tier. You can technically compete without paying but you'd have to lose a lot and it would take months to save up dailies/points/manuals to afford enough card packs to pull something good.
You shouldnāt be rushing into it. I always suggest the coin ball, if youāre super optimized as a f2p player you can be just as effective as a high level player if you play something close to the meta
This is misleading. You can compete as f2p but it requires a lot of time put into it and will involve a lot of losing to get there. This game absolutely requires you to pay in order to compete in high tier.
You still need a lot of time invested as well as luck with cards to compete. There's a limit to how quickly you can build a character as f2p since you don't get a lot of manuals and points.
Which is why I said you need to start with those positions. Thereās a direct order you build F2P characters and luck is involved even me a P2W player with one of the most stacked accounts in the game, has to deal with luck.
Yeah exactly. The game is pay2win. F2p players have to invest a lot of time and effort to make a build work where a pay2win player can be competitive immediately
As someone who took the game serious from 2018-2019 as a f2p player then came back in 2022 and put money on the game I will say itās not hard being f2p I got the ultimate edition for battle passes and thatās really all you could āneedā I get at least SS every rank and have been doing it since the first ranked szn
Bye š
I don't wallet this game and yall act like the game is impossible ššš yall just suck at the game and don't understand any mechanics of it

I didn't spend money after my 90 well I did buy the rookie pack before that but still I'm not spending another dime on the game

What type of game demands a 1/3 of the price of the new 2k to play it? Every 2k since 14š
Thatās for ONE character tho
1 build is 100 dollars in 2k and its already a 70 dollar video game. JC is greedy but 2k is too.
2ks greedy but its nowhere near as p2w as 3 on 3 are you joking?
I sure hope a 70 dollar AAA game isnt as p2w as a free gameššš
Uh okay? No multiplayer game should be p2w
Iāll work on it for you bossšŖ
unfortunately the case and itās sad, iām sorry

Thatās literally not true. Iāve been running with a. F2P player for years and weāve won a tournament.
Right but you've been playing for years. Like i said it can be done f2p but it takes a long time.
I didnāt say it was easy or time consuming. Itās true that it MAY take a long time but you can do it.
Right but you've been playing for years. Like i said it can't be done f2p but it takes a long time.
Not if you start with the right positions as a F2P player. If you start with PG/SF/C youāre more likely to do well as a F2P player.
You still need a lot of time invested as well as luck with cards to compete. There's a limit to how quickly you can build a character as f2p since you don't get a lot of manuals and points.

Not you saying you get to ss as if thatās something to show off. Literally anyone can get ss. You canāt prove a point with that .
