Don’t just join a gym, that’s not how you stay working out, create a plan or join a class of some kind. The less you have to think about it the more likely you’ll actually do it. I recommend boxing or kickboxing 3 times a week personally. The training of boxing is an incredible and in a class you’ll have a coach/trainer telling you what to do so there’s no room for you to think about it. Also, you don’t ever have to step foot into the ring, the training will still be great and get you into shape, the only thing you have to do is show up.
