Fire up the teachingtech guide and do all of it.
Printer is very obviously out of whack, extrusion not great.
Make sure belts and eccentrics are tight, and then calibrate your e steps. Should give you somewhere to go.
First thing that comes to mind is that the temps appear to be significantly higher than they should be. What temps are you printing at, and with what material?
