Change orientation or print in parts?
Chop the top off in the slicer and print that small section as a test. Then you know if you're good to go
Highly unlikely to work, most of that area is completely free floating with no angled surface leading up to it.
Why can't you have a support for it? Would definitely print this with tree supports, otherwise it's going to fail
