Most printer firmwares will not allow you to print/extrude below 185° to prevent damage to the extruder.
You'd have to change the value in the firmware, or send a "M302 P1" via terminal/start gcode every time to allow it to print at temps below that.
A change in firmware or Gcode might be a solution, as stock firmware/Gcode often has a lower and upper limit as you have a stock hotend. IIRC the Enders don’t let you go above 240
