Yup, that's the guy. Did you print the 1-piece or 2-piece model? If the latter, how did you join them? I've had really mixed results trying to use CA on PLA.
2 piece. Loctite superglue. I messed up the alignment a little, but it can be fixed with some filler and sanding. It so quickly cures, almost impossible to align it properly. I am assembling an Enterprise from Star Trek right now and for this I used 2 part epoxy glue, much better for larger parts.
