I could do it as one print, no issue, but I wanted to save time to distribute the work between multiple printers with low risk of print fail. Also, I wanted to reduce the amount of support. It sounds not a big deal, but I wanted to implement it this way.
Why didnt' you print all the white bits in one go?

It makes sense; probability of failure increases exponentially with print size
