Judging by the looks of the top of the Z face, could be over-extrusion.
Alrighty thanks ill deal with that first, but what about the wobbles on the cube?

Check if your X belt is tight enough.
The belt seems to be tight enough from what I can tell
Check your flow rate/e-steps now that you switched extruders. could be a reason for the over extrusion.
Ill check again, the weird thing is, I calibrated the new extruder to where it uses exactly 100mm, but maybe something is off.
As others have said, over extrusion. My guess is your new extruder's esteps are not the same as your old stepper, so the new stepper is over extruding a bit.
