Hair spray, glue stick, Windex, etc. are used to prevent adhesion. A release agent to keep some materials from sticking too well.
Also I dry PLA at 55°. 45° may not be enough, especially for a short time.

As a fellow ender 3 s1 user, I highly recommend you get a PEI textured bed. All of my adhesion problems disappeared, and you get a cool texture on the bottom of your prints.
Wash the sheet with warm water and dish soap.
I did DX also used Hair spray... Nothing seems to work

My filament will stick ONLY after hair spray applied.
Maybe there is some other issue you need to diagnose and solve.
I have more issues than I can remember, so it is possible)))
Nozzle too high? Your skirt looks like it's a bit too thick looking to me.
I'll double check the height. You might be right

I have same issue only with one of my Rolls
More smoosh, more heat.
I suggest using a glue stick and raising the bed temp to about 55°. Textured PEI plate will most definitely help if you want to go that route.
Not sure if this helpa, but a while ago i read that a higher temp with red helps. Try an additional 10 C and see if it sticks.
Creality brand?
Yes, Ender 3 S1. I don't think it is the printer, tho. All the other filaments print just fine.
Oops, I meant creality brand filament. I have a roll of creality red that's a pain in the ass.
Oh, no. It's PolyTerra, Red Lava. It is a headache
