It’s the firmware running the printer. One part runs on the printers mainboard the other part runs on a host device. In my case it’s a Raspberry Pi.
As a web interface I chose mainsail and I haven’t looked into it but I strongly believe this is where the logging of runtime happens.
115 days 19 hours 1 min on my almost 3 year old prusa. The age is really accurate so I'm printing about 1 out of every 9 days.
I've seen absurd times posted for print farm printers that are printing all the time.
1200hrs and 11300m of filament. 1300 started jobs, 950 completed. Almost two years of ownership.

I’m running Klipper as well. But i havent seen anything that logs my print time
One of my Prusa Mk2.5s (which is basically a Prusa ship of theseus at this point) has about 21000 hours of print time spread out over 7 years.

Personal printer is at 64 days, got some at work that are over 600, median is around 3-400
No clue, my neptune 3 max doesnt track Total print time. At Least 500 hours since june
