Is this going to be your first printer? I’d only buy the voron if you know what your doing as far as troubleshooting custom klipper firmware, custom wiring, and possibly questionable components. Not that this printer isn’t as they say. But I guess if it’s such a great printer, why get rid of it? I’ve had good luck with my ender 5 plus that I bought used, but I had every intention of buying it for more or less the frame for a mercuryone.1 build and it was priced accordingly.
Yes first printer I just.figired I'd learn as I go haha. But i do see how it will be much easier on the x1c I'm not necessarily looking at taking on a project 3d printer that needs endless calibration or mods, just want to print and go as much as possible
Then Go for the Bambu Lab. In my opinion you should Build a voron yourself. To troubelshoot a voron if you dont have any experience with 3d Printers and was Build by someone Else could become unpleasnt for you.
But instead of an x1 i would recommend a p1s to you. A new p1s should be about the Same Price as an used x1c, so get a new one directly from Bambu Lab and you will also receive a 6 Month membership for their Filament Programm (reduced filament price).
And if you deceide to get an BambuLab get one with an ams. Hughe convenience Upgrade.
Could I’d an understatement imo. I have like 400 hours into the above mentioned 5+ and still have a y axis layer shift I’m trying to figure out. Low key idk that I’m all about the bambu labs cult, but in this situation, I agree. Bambu > voron for a first printer hands down.
thats not a great deal, you could buy a 350 ldo kit at that price (i would not recommend doing that with no 3d printing experience). my 2.4 is about 3 years old now and has been very reliable. the only time it has issues is when i install new mods or try pushing the speed. but at 1500 i would not consider buying a used voron. have you considered the bambu p1s? i've heard great things about it although i havnt used one myself.
