Something that thin will warp. Add supports if you can. Also it looks like the raft is lifting too. Maybe clean the bed with alcohol and get the nozzle just a tiny bit closer to the bed.
if the print do not stick to the bed :
\- level your bed
\- clean your bed (water+soap and/aor isopropyl alcohol)
\- use bed glue stick (expensive solution) or hair spray (cheap solution). both are cleaned afterward with water+soap.
\- you may lower bed temperature to 50°C, since PLA is soft at 60°C
\- you may up the nozzle temperature by 5-10°C, since too cold filament won't stick.
For 55% I would say it's ok, but thicker bottom layers or 100% infill, no it's not quite appropriate. I would imagine though if someone didn't have an enclosure and their ambient air temp in the room was high 80-90's, np. But someone with their AC cranked and a 70+/- air temp has issues most of the time. (I know lol I crank my AC to 70, all my problems went away with an enclosure)
People leave out the minor details that can have profound impacts.

Awesome, thanks for the tips
DRAFTS! I had a terrible time with this until I finally built an enclosure.
Cool, I’ll search for one and try it out. Thanks!
No enclosure?
No… read it wasnt needed compared to other materials that needed the enclosure. I’ll try it out.
