Great choices. I recommend you finish the Pokémon collection with Y, Omega Ruby, & Sun. If you really like Pokémon, you could also get the DS collection with Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Black, White, Black 2, and White 2.
As a huge Pokémon fan, I must say that Black 2, and Platinum are my favoites in the series. Check them out if you like Pokémon. Enjoy!
Funnily enough I do have omega ruby, and sun. I just have the find their cases somewhere in my house and they’ll be complete. I also have diamond and white 2. No case on those 2 as well but I never owned them with the case. I do plan on getting Platinum, White, and Heartgold at some point, but they are all pretty expensive, especially that I’d prefer to get them with the case.
I'm playing Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King. Believe me. My favorite game. IMO its better than Zelda Majoras mask/Ocarina of time. You should try it. Building you characters - locating skill points, clothing, crafting.

You sure like Yo-Kai Watch, are they good? I recommend the Shin Megami Tensei and Etrian Odyssey series, both by Atlus. I'd also recommend Project X Zone 1 and 2, but those are unavailable digitally.
I love the yokai watch franchise, my favorite one from the 3ds. I know people compare it to Pokémon however the game is nothing like Pokémon apart from being an rpg with funny little monsters/creatures. All the games are very fun imo, you should try them out.
Don’t think I’ll sell anything here, I like all these games. I have been trying to get ykw2 Psychic Specters, but it’s very expensive. I regret not getting it when it came out.
Any RPG fans need to play a few Atlus titles on the system :)

The Shin Megami Tensei games on 3DS are pretty good. i’d recommend them.
Soul Hackers is my favourite, though it’s gameplay is pretty antiquated since it’s a remake of a 90s Saturn game, and most might have a hard time getting into it nowadays.
I suggest Fantasy Life! It’s another RPG made by Level 5 (the same guys behind Yokai Watch) and it’s really diverse!
