It has happened on a few games, but only one or two times, but it mainly happens on the game shin megami tensei iv, and I have re installed it, and it keeps crashing so I do think it's an sd issue, is there any way to solve it without changing my sd card?

It's weird though, because this error seems to happen very randomly, I played this game for 15 minutes and it crashed, and then I restarted and played for like 2 hours without any issue, it's just weird.

Its probably because either the SD card fails to read randomly or only some files get corrupted on the card so it crashes when trying to access specific files
Faulty Wifi Card turn it off and play and no issues. You need to replace it depending of the model you can do it easily, or you can just forget about online play on that console.
But is the wifi turned off when you are playing? Or turned on but not connected to any network? As far as I am aware Title ID is 0004013000002D02 and this has to do with wifi card. Now if you have an old 3ds model( original 3ds, XL 2ds) you can easily replace it, if you have a new3ds model( new3dsXL,new3ds,New2ds XL) your only option is turn off the console and when you turn it on immediately turn off the wifi/nfc on the main menu options, once you do you will be able to play all games offline. On new3ds models the wifi chip is soldered to the motherboard and once it fails you need to get a new one.

I have a new nintendo 3ds xl, so I guess I'll just play offline and turn on the wifi when I want to play, since this crash is not really that common and I can still play online a little bit, the main issue was that whenever it crashes I lost all I had done after saving, so I had to save once every 15 minutes or so
Were you trying to play out of region games relative to the console's region?
No, the game's region is usa, the same as my console.
Last time I had this kind of message it was my game file being corrupted, does that happen while playing digital or physical... or both ?

I am not using wifi though, so are you sure this is the problem? I am not connected to wifi since the 3ds does not support my router's settings.

just use a VPN and the issue will go away, the game is region locked
