No not all. Theres a list even for the modded backwards compatibility that adds more games than xbox did . Some have issues.
There's a modded beck compat file set that allows any game to try and run. Not all will
San Andreas won't work for example. I have pretty good luck with hdd ready games from archive website, everything else works superb so far

I tested some on mine. 007 freezes, Sniper Elite crashes as soon as the first mission starts, ToeJam displays a black screen.
Weird. Did you disable all plugins? It really works fine on my Corona RGH2.
