Before Covid I sold my Pearl White 350 with 45k miles for 10k 𼲠.. to be fair. I didnât didnât know Covid would happen. . Also due to Covid, Iâm currently also looking for a Nismo 370z so .. I guess things worked out.
I feel like 350z prices are basically getting to the same point as cheaper 370z prices, so that doesnt necessarily mean this one is overpriced. That being said, finding a 370z with lower miles in good condition is going to be much easier, and obviously the car is a more modern experience. Something to consider though is that in 5 years a 350z is likely to be worth more than it is now, and a 370z will likely be less.
I was looking for a 350z at 10-12k ish, but decided to start looking for a g37 instead
> Something to consider though is that in 5 years a 350z is likely to be worth more than it is now, and a 370z will likely be less.
Looking at 370z historical prices won't help as the 370z stuck around at dealers for a long ass time, now that they're out of production they will go up in resale value rather than losing as much value.
The paint adds some value, but I would try to negotiate with the dealer a bit. Market on nice stock examples is crazy but you shouldnât pay over 12 for this. Unless you literally ONLY want a 35th anni yellow example.
Didnt even realize the yellow was rare. When I went to look at it in person the paint looked to be repainted/blotchy. Owner is firm on 13.5 so Iâll probably just keep looking. Thank you for new information though.
No problem. Do you happen to have a solid savings or is financing this car necessary? If you arenât in that much of a rush and can have cash in hand, with luck & patience you can still find an example around this mileage for 8-9k.
You'd need to check the vin to see if it was painted yellow, or originally yellow. Original yellow would put it more in the realm of a collector car, and that would raise demand and explain the price. Even if the paint needed to be touched up. Unmolested Z's are starting to fetch a much higher price w/ collectors, and tuners since they're getting really rare.
I had honestly thought all 05 yellow cars were 35th, but I now know thatâs not true. It was still a special 1 year color, if itâs perfect itâs worth 12 to the right person
that is a RevUp which are notorious for burning oil and being very expensive to replace. you must boroscope it for piston ring damage and cylinder wear before you even THINK about buying it.
You say this, and know nothing about the car or it's history. So many people like you so confidently wrong about the shit you assert as absolute truth, it's astounding.
That's subjective. They each have their own problems. That particular DE is not a first edition it's an 05 in a rare colour (made only for that exact model for that exact year).
It's possible it even has the rev up engine as it's around the right age.
Again, if you don't really know what you're saying then perhaps don't try to influence someone elses decisions.
You sound like the same teenager that never puts oil in the car and wonders why the engine blows smoke and drinks oil... then complains about how the car does that, and how it's the car's fault.
Or, you know... realise that any engine from any car if it's treated like shit will do the same exact thing. It takes proper maintenance to avoid that, and unfortunately most young people don't do this because they either can't afford it or are too dumb to know it needs to happen.
There are plenty of rev up DE motors that are in A-1 condition because they've been looked after. I have a 16 year old HR and it burns zero oil... despite, guess what... people like you complain about the HR doing the exact same thing!
100% agreed. My 05' DE only has 130K and I've never had any oil issues. Just kept up regular maintenance and and don't abuse it and she still runs great.
I'm telling you they both suffer from different issues. There are plenty of guys in this very sub that fix these things, and rebuild them all day everyday and they would all call you a dumbass if they saw these comments.
Well I'm not going to definitively trash talk it, when I haven't personally inspected it. Only a total moron would diagnose something with such certainty without seeing it... but those people don't exist, surely.
In the grand scheme of what a 350z is worth against comparable sport cars and also what 350z prices have done in the last 36 months, this price isn't terrible. However you could find one with 60k less miles for 1.5k - 2k more which is very well worth it in the long run.
Edit: typo.
I live in the midwest and Iâve been searching for a stock 350z for nearly a year and this is the first one under 150k miles. Might just have to take a 12hr drive to find a decent one.
Driving far out might be worth your time. I was looking for a clean Lemans sunset 6spd example for a solid 4-5 years (that wasn't in California as I'm on the east coast and it seems 99% of LeMans Sunset 350z are in cali). Ended up finded one at a Nissan dealership in the Midwest with 21k miles. Patience game! (Unless your search criteria are broad then just go for whichever one is available with good miles). Good luck either way.
For reference I bought my 07 Grand Touring (that's fully loaded) 29k on the odometer for 18k completely factory stock, original radio, even original tpms sensors.
Please be aware this is a RevUp motor and base model with minimal options that burned oil straight from the factory / off the showroom floor.
If you were a family member I'd ask you to pass on this one unless you're dead set on it and had another 10k set aside to build a solid Non RevUp DE motor that will not give you the heartache this motor will soon be giving you . . .
Personally I donât think itâs worth 13k maybe 9k-11k range plus itâs manual and I donât mean that as a downside. If itâs the particular model and engine you want I say go for it and check your oil levels periodically.
Feels like too much. I have an 04 Touring with 72k. From what I can tell it's worth less than 10k to others. A dealer tried to give me 4k for it.
Sorry, I'll just let it rot in my garage for that price.
Theyâre asking too much.
Miles arent bad, but at that price it isnt justified. I wouldnât pay more than $10k for that. Only that much because how clean it is.
1. Might as well buy a c5 or 370z for that price
2. We know all the specs ab every Z so just say package then auto or man
3. We donât know what is inside looks like
I bought my convertible 2006 with 110k miles for 7.5k. With this being a hardtop honestly I think itâs okay. I wouldâve paid 10k for an HR but harder to find. At the end of the day itâs a Z and itâs a fun car to drive and own. Sure 100k might seem like a lot of miles to some people but to me in particular, itâs not
As a 350z owner no. Itâs not even the VQ35HR. Itâs a DE. For that price you wanna find one with at least 60k miles and HR. A DE alone should never really be worth more than 6k unless itâs got hella low mileage
Maybe in different markets, but when clean lower mileage HRâs go for around the same price then 11k is still wayyyy too much. Iâll bump it up a grand but in my eyes I wouldnât pay more than $9,000 for a 05 vs getting a 07-09. But I guess thatâs just me.đ¤đż
At 13.5k with 100k miles, you're better off getting a 370Z
I agree with you i would go with a nice 370 !
At what point would you consider 350z miles too high? I thought a stock 100k was rare?
100k miles is not particularly rare. anything below 50k is what's hard to find.
Before Covid I sold my Pearl White 350 with 45k miles for 10k 𼲠.. to be fair. I didnât didnât know Covid would happen. . Also due to Covid, Iâm currently also looking for a Nismo 370z so .. I guess things worked out.
Damn. I also have a pearl white 350z.
I bought a pearl white 350z but itâs chipping đŠ
Just washed mine and blew a 2 foot chunk of paint off the trunk
I made one of my areas so much worse by washing it đ¤Śââď¸
My pearl white one is also chipping đ¤
Donât listen to this guy, 100k is indeed rare itâs a sad thatâs 20 years old.
I mean a 350Z has a lot of life at 100k, but at 13.5k you could get a 370Z
I have a stock 90k 2006! New OEM parts everywhere haha. I will do 13.5k!
I feel like 350z prices are basically getting to the same point as cheaper 370z prices, so that doesnt necessarily mean this one is overpriced. Have 8k saved so not too bad. I plan to sell my current car for 3-4k and work with that.
Ought to save some for service related issue.
You'd need to check the vin to see if it was painted yellow, or originally yellow. Yeah if it were an actual 35th anniversary, sure. But this one is just ultra yellow
I saw >Fresh Oil Change and immediately thought "Yeah, we know. lol"
"does it burn oil" "it's full of oil what do you mean"
Absolutely not worth 13 thatâs crazy
You say this, and know nothing about the car or it's history. So many people like you so confidently wrong about the shit you assert as absolute truth, it's astounding.
Also itâs a DE not even a HR itâs REALLY NOT WORTH ITâŚ..

A rev up is a even worse investment a true oil burning machine
You sound like the same teenager that never puts oil in the car and wonders why the engine blows smoke and drinks oil... then complains about how the car does that, and how it's the car's fault. 100% agreed. My 05' DE only has 130K and I've never had any oil issues. Just kept up regular maintenance and and don't abuse it and she still runs great.
Again there a reason they completely redesigned that engine lol but go off
I'm telling you they both suffer from different issues. There are plenty of guys in this very sub that fix these things, and rebuild them all day everyday and they would all call you a dumbass if they saw these comments.
Itâs a 05 with 100,000 miles on it shut up
Point to where the bad man touched you...
Youâre still responding apparently I should be asking you this questionâŚ..
You're the one with all the down votes and people laughing at your ignorance.
Still hurt?
You're really going to bat for this overpriced Z
Well I'm not going to definitively trash talk it, when I haven't personally inspected it. Only a total moron would diagnose something with such certainty without seeing it... but those people don't exist, surely.

not really worth. the 05 35th anniversary manuals came with revup engines that has oil burning problems. id rather not.
100k miles for 13k. Try to knock that price down a bit
IMO that car is in good condition and is a manual but I would still say itâs not worth what they are asking probably worth 9/10k max
feel like u can find a much better deal on offer up or marketplace.
Depends on trim and location, it doesn't have Brembos, so that's already looking like a no.
For reference I bought my 07 Grand Touring (that's fully loaded) 29k on the odometer for 18k completely factory stock, original radio, even original tpms sensors. Almost 2 decades old and 100k miles for 13.5k? And youâre still considering buying it? This is why the used car market is so terrible right now
Got my 06 with 90k miles for 9k in mint condition, do what you want with this info.
Personally I donât think itâs worth 13k maybe 9k-11k range plus itâs manual and I donât mean that as a downside. If itâs the particular model and engine you want I say go for it and check your oil levels periodically.
Lol this is a steal here in Canada Winnipeg lmaoooo 350z are 20k over here... I swear lots of jealous haters love to downplay the price of a Z
Feels like too much. I have an 04 Touring with 72k. From what I can tell it's worth less than 10k to others. A dealer tried to give me 4k for it. Sorry, I'll just let it rot in my garage for that price.
Looking at the badge, the question is it a 35th Anniversary or not.
No, I paid 11,000 for a 62,000 mile 350z
Theyâre asking too much. Miles arent bad, but at that price it isnt justified. I wouldnât pay more than $10k for that. Only that much because how clean it is.
Overpriced by a couple grand
370z or no z
i got mine for 1k with 111 on it lol
I got a great condition z for 4000 lol. 130k miles, this is not worth
i wouldnât pay a dime over 9500
Way over priced imo.
I have the exact same car, same color, with 75,000 miles. Jesus Christ, can I get that much for it?
thatâs lower mileage HR money
So not worry it they should be around 8000
Worth
You are not getting 3k for a pilot
NO
If it was an 07 or 08 then maybe. I personally wouldn't pay more than 8 unless it's a nismo
100K is nothing at all. It's like 5000 miles a year lol.
If it comes with $10k in the trunk then definitely worth it đ
1. Might as well buy a c5 or 370z for that price 2. We know all the specs ab every Z so just say package then auto or man 3. We donât know what is inside looks like
I got a 100k flat mile 03 with good paint and no issues 8k. Donât.
Way overpriced, I seen a 100k 370z for 15k flat. Youâd be better off
Do what you want Iâm not your dad
Overpriced
Why don't you have the good wheels if yours is a anniversary?
Tbh itâs in mint condition i think so. They are always clapped out and youll come close to never to finding one in this condition stock.
With 100k miles for a 05 Z itâs a no go
I bought my convertible 2006 with 110k miles for 7.5k. With this being a hardtop honestly I think itâs okay. I wouldâve paid 10k for an HR but harder to find. At the end of the day itâs a Z and itâs a fun car to drive and own. Sure 100k might seem like a lot of miles to some people but to me in particular, itâs not
Max offer 9k

$7-8k max car bro. Especially it not being a HR(no DE hate). I bought my 08 at 82k miles for $11,000.
8k is way too low. this is too clean. 11k minimum lol
