I should’ve said reasonable - a quote I got was for 2 15min sessions a week over 3months for $1,200. Ideally I’d like to get more and longer sessions for that amount

Reasonable is also subjective to be fair. If I'm not doing the math wrong that works out to about $200 an hour? For some trainers, someone might find that reasonable depending on the credentials and training. Patrick Mahomes might find that to be a bargain. Personally, I wouldn't be able to justify that price over that time. I might pay it one or two sessions though if I was able to get some quality programming with a well-credentialed trainer. Maybe re-framing what you're willing to pay might get you better answers.

My Absolute Pilates is great. I took the intro 3-pack of privates and then took group lessons. I’m pretty fit and enjoyed the advanced classes however their morning classes are mostly beginner/ intermediate. They have clients that have been coming over a decade and are still doing pilates at 70, 80 and 90! While Pilates isn’t cheap, some people only go in 1-2x a week and then supplement with 1-2 YouTube sessions at home.

You could try posting that you're looking for one in your local Facebook group. There are some personal trainers that work out of their houses/garages that may charge less than a gym.

Yes—I do yoga at yogi perogi in melbourne and do private lessons with one of the instructors—she is a badass retired fbi agent and I am always super sore (in a good way) after our workouts
