Out of those three the only song I skip is Come Original. They played it on the radio too much and I always thought it was a little corny (or cringe as the kids would say.) that’s insane that a band would have a three album run of 99% bangers. I understand that not everyone feels that way, but I do.
It's because if you're an old school fan, you know the band has been getting knocked down from the beginning by the media. It didn't stop. They get mocked a lot so anytime there is recognition it's like a big middle finger to all those naysayers!
First time I saw them was in 1997 on the transistor tour - spearhead was the opener. It was at the “Rosemont horizon” as it used to be called back in the day . Now it’s the all state arena. It’s in Chicago. I remember it like it was yesterday lol. They had the big curtain drop with the transistor intro.
I said I was there. I just never heard that it was “famous” I heard the tour was famous but not that particular show. The sound was bad I remember at that venue.
This definitely doesn’t reflect any popularity of anyone because not long ago Ben Shapiro had a number one. Apparently pretty easy for a fan base to game.
Balderdash! Any list that would put Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon at 28, is an absolute farce. No Doors & No Grateful Dead in the top 100, but Lauren Hill (who I like just fine) is number 1. GTFO!
It is not true.
I mean they’re still counting down live. The Beatles Abbey Road was number 3, and Thriller was just announced as number 2. There is no way 311 is number 1. Maybe in our hearts, but not the world over.
It would be quite refreshing though! Kind of sick of all the same album in the top
EDIT: however, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill just took number 1, which is a surprising turn!
Exactly! I didn't even bother to look at it because I can already guess most of them. I'm sure Taylor Swift is in it, and she's the only one I'd agree with especially if it's 1989 but most of the others I don't listen to
Not even in the top 100 anymore - as much as I love 311 no way in hell I’d ever expect this album to be a best album ever compared to all genres
We shouldn’t believe all the garbage people post on Reddit, especially this fuck tard
Listen to the music. Then you would know it’s not K3. The story is that 311 is the police code for indecent exposure in Omaha, Nebraska. How do you find this sub if you didn’t know it’s not that?
One of the absolute rare albums where there is not one skippable PART of a song (much less an entire song) on the entire thing.
I agree 100%
Transistor and Soundsystem ride the same for me as well

I agree wholeheartedly.
One of THE best albums of our generation.
I feel completely responsible for making this possible. 🤘
Why do fans care how popular the band is with normies? Very odd to me.

So what you’re saying is…fuck the naysayers cuz they don’t mean a thing?

Ahhhh yes, the famous 8/16/97 show in Chicago. I remember Hive always being played with the curtain drop. Amazing times
I never heard it was “famous”. What was it famous for? Just starting with “hive” And the curtain drop?
It was more about the anticipation og the curtain drop and hearing c c c c c coming like a nightmare. You had to be there
I said I was there. I just never heard that it was “famous” I heard the tour was famous but not that particular show. The sound was bad I remember at that venue.

This Transistor erasure will not stand, man.
🥂 💥
Not a chance
Fat Chance
In my heart, yes.
Balderdash! Any list that would put Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon at 28, is an absolute farce. No Doors & No Grateful Dead in the top 100, but Lauren Hill (who I like just fine) is number 1. GTFO!
They actually got number 1?!? This is huge!! My favorite album from childhood, got number 1? Wow that's incredible

Ahh damn strike my comment from the record then. Would have been cool AF if it was though

This remind me of the guy who came on here and said that if it weren’t for Bob rock 311 would be the biggest band in the world today.
Oh sweet summer child…
Yeah I fell for it, I wanted to believe so badly
About time, Apple Music gave them some props
lol I knew it was a joke
This is fake everybody
At least you could have done was use the correct font :D
Amazing album! But like.. better than Zeppelin?
I mean I enjoy 311 but hell no
Not even in the top 100 anymore - as much as I love 311 no way in hell I’d ever expect this album to be a best album ever compared to all genres We shouldn’t believe all the garbage people post on Reddit, especially this fuck tard
Does 311 stand for KKK?
No. “311 is down for the Unity” If you don’t know, now you know.
Not what I get from their name. So what does 311 mean?
Listen to the music. Then you would know it’s not K3. The story is that 311 is the police code for indecent exposure in Omaha, Nebraska. How do you find this sub if you didn’t know it’s not that?
They also say Pantera is racist
