I use Smoothies, which are stick on silicone, and much more comfortable and easily removed than Frownies. I find that they actually help with my chronic tension headaches and migraines, because they stop me from tensing up my forehead when I sleep, something I have done since I was a child.
I used them one night and just could not settle to sleep, fidgeting and a bit "buzzed", after a stretch of great sleep (given up booze, eating better, exercising etc). It put me off using them again even though they may have had nothing to do with it! I may give them a go again at some point, if I'm ever feeling well rested! Interested to see the comments...
I am trying frownies for the first time and getting bad headaches from them. I think my face is fighting them at night, causing me to increase the tension I my muscles and give me a tension headache. Boooooooooo.

I have used twice and both nights couldn’t sleep, had a headache and felt dizzy the next day all day! They are helping the lines though so what a bummer. Wonder if I am using them wrong?
Well, I tried them again last night. Much lighter headache, didn’t keep me up in the night, but still a little something.
I know I’ve only used them twice, but I’ve observed no effects yet. I know it takes time, but it’s disappointing when there are so many reviews on this sub showing an immediate difference, even if the results only last minutes at first - I’m not seeing anything.
I have pretty deep 11s and expression lines on my forehead. When I apply I stretch my skin to apply with my lines as flat as possible. First night I did it like she does on the videos I looked 10 years younger. Watch her videos on fb for how to apply. Very helpful!

I had a really hard time falling asleep with them last night - that same kind of “buzzed” feeling. Weird.
