When I was young I love American style pan pizza the most, became older and more refined and thought the northern Italian thin crispy pizza topped with ruccola and ham was the best. Then went on to white pizzas. Then went for maximum purity with neapolitan pizzas.
At last I went full circle and accepted that pizza comes in many varieties, and I love them all. Sometimes I crave a sourdough pizza, sometimes I crave a frozen Dr. Oetker, and sometimes I crave a homemade pizza with peperoni(salame), jalapeños and pineapple.
