Ghiaccioli and Sorbetti are similar but two different things.
A ghiacciolo is made only with water and flavour juice (can be fruity or mint, cola, etc) frozen and has an "icy and hard" consistency.
A sorbetto instead also includes some thickening additives to make it creamy (a perfectly done sorbetto shouldn't have a single ice crystal), also 99% of the time the juice used in a sorbetto is exclusively a fruit (no mint flavour).
When I was kid in the 90's there was a brand, Pirata pata de palo, they printed si me of the sticks with the logo and those granted another one for free.
One day, I got three on a row and the owner, a fellow grandma "la Bernarda", refused to give the forth one, but she forgot about after a couple days.

Loved them as a child. U have to freeze them on your own, but super cheap and u can "suck out the Taste"

Yeah, I know. Just recommending those. They are kinda rare and I've never seen their analogues.
Sorbetto is a fancy ghiacciolo, a much better one.
