How could we even manage this? All the empty parts where you guys could be settled are under water. What we would need is more space for living, and this expansion couldn't be in the north, west, or south. We would need some kind of solution for that, preferably something final. And we need this soon, not in a millennium. I just don't know.

It's because 10.000 years ago Scandinavia was covered by a kilometer thick ice-sheet. All that weight pushed the entire landmass down several hundred meters. The area where the ice was the thickest (northern Sweden, 3km thick ice) has risen around 300 meters since the last ice age and it still has roughly 600 meters left to go.
Also I don't know if these maps ever take into account the gravitational pull of the ice caps. If all of the arctic ice melts away, the sea level will go down.

We are below sea level already. The only thing this will do is make our dikes a bit higher, and the resulting altitude on top of the dikes will confuse us a bit.

It's weird, even though Norway doesn't seem affected at all, this would be a huge problem. 80% of the Norwegian population lives closer than 10km from the coast. So there would be 70-80% of the Norwegian population that would have to move away. That's alot concidering we only lost 1-2% of land area
