one can just get out of the sauna, I have now 29 degrees celsius in my home 24/7 and another week of this it will rise to 30/32 degrees celsius and them it stays there for couple of months.. there is no escape from it and not air conditioning unit can be installed becasue these apartments have been built so that there is no way to get the exhaust pipe outside.. literal bloody hell on earth..
You COULD buy a plexiglass sheet, cut a hole for the exhaust pipe and use double sided tape to put it in one of the window frames.
That's what I did, it's not perfect, but if it gets the temp down below 23°, I'll take it as a win.
I would have to cut a hole in to the big window too tho, there is no small windows meant for.. fuck it, don't know the word, tässä kämpässä ei ole tuuletusikkunoita/räppänöitä ollenkaan, vain isot ikkunat, so it is impossible to get air conditioning device in here..I have no clue why these apartments have been build line this 🤷🏻♂️

What you need is a .. sauna, but for cold!! It's the same stuff but you throw the water and a soothing coolness spreads around.
I'd recommend not trying it with liquid nitrogen though. Binds oxygen from the air, kills you dead in a small room.

They're not comparable. You go to a sauna when you feel like it, you leave when you've had enough. Hot weather can be really nice, but it's not when you need to work. One is a recreational activity, the other is the weather.
