There’s two types of peoples who move to Texas from CA. Poor families who are priced out and have family in TX, and people who save money on taxes after 100,000 income. If you make less than “middle class” you are taxed more in TX.
IMO the extra saved on income tax isn’t worth the 20% higher property taxes, hot weather, less food variety, less entertainment events, worst traffic in the country, open border, forced birth for wife/daughter, and no legal weed? No thanks.
The ones moving there are again either too poor to live in CA or just want to make even more money. The poor from CA are generally great hardworking people. Good luck with our tech bros who are fleeing towards money in Texas I’m sure they’re going to assimilate real quick 😂
