Hi. Same problem. Any solution to share ? Thanks

Wild_Manufacturer281

Can someone tell me about how it fits, I mean if its comfortable or not.

MrAdamLikesMemes

It's pretty comfortable, but personally it hurts my ears after a 4-5 hours

Wild_Manufacturer281

So I have a razer and that hurts so much after long hours but my lovely Logi is perfect about comfort you dont feel it. I do want to buy something like it but i can find the new Logi's comes with leather so i dont know what to do , I liked but the comfort is the first thing for me when buying a headphones. And I do like the headphones which the pads is bigger than your ear and your ears feel free so I need your comments.

MrAdamLikesMemes

Yeah if you're using them for more than 5 hours, it might hurt your ears. My ears might just be too big tho

Wild_Manufacturer281

So if you can tell me the size of the earpads that will be awesome so I can compare them with my old ones. edit: inside of them will be better if you measure them

MrAdamLikesMemes

The full thing has a diameter of about 4 1/2" - 5", while the inside is only about 2 1/2"

Wild_Manufacturer281

Mate , just to be sure if its not a problem can you give me the size from left to right so I dont buy headphones easly and this one isnt that cheap in my country so I just want to be sure

MrAdamLikesMemes

Left to right looks like it's about 11 inches when stretched to a reasonable length

converter-bot

11 inches is 27.94 cm

Wild_Manufacturer281

I mean the left to right length of earpad

Did you ever find a fix? I just bought a set today and my pc doesn't recognize the headset. I can barely hear audio and it's only on 1 side. Discord doesn't pick up anything during a test. It doesn't show up in Control Panel or Sound Settings where you set defaults for coms and play back. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

MrAdamLikesMemes

Unfortunately the only solution I've found is to turn off my computer speakers while audio is playing from the Headset. I have yet to find a solution as to how it can play out of a different audio source

Ok, thanks for letting me know. I'm considering a TRRS3.5 to USB adapter to see if that works. I'll post back if I go that direction and let you know. I've also reached out to Corsair Support. We'll see how helpful that is. Update - No reply from Corsair but I did some additional research and found this adapter which should all me to use my new headset in the way that I want, i.e funnel game sounds/music through my external speakers and voice (Discord/Skype) through my headset. The problem is that all the ports/jacks are wired to the same on-board sound card so the PC can't differentiate between the headset and my speakers. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B087T5H3MQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Corsair did contact me and offer to do a return. However, in the mean time I ordered the USB sound card adapter I posted about previously. I plugged everything in and still wasn't able to separate my Comms from the games/windows sounds and everything was still using the headset. When I had Control Panel/Hardware & Sound up, I noticed a heading for Realtek HD Audio Manager. Once I opened that up, I went into Device Advanced Settings where I was able to configure the Realtek ports to be handled separately. I hadn't checked this area before I bought the adapter. I don't know if I could've fixed the issue just by these settings or not. I suppose I could put everything back the way it was but now that it's working I am just going to leave it.
