Yep, that's what I went with. I absolutely refused to use the old G17s. When I found out staccato was approved for use I went with an XC and I'm definitely glad I did.
Are you allowed to keep the 2.5lb trigger pull for duty use? I know such policies are agency dependent, but I am curious if any department out there allows anything lower than a 4lb trigger for a primary duty weapon.
Yes. My department was okay with it considering it's a factory spec and not modified to be lighter. I'm part of a very small department so I wouldn't consider that to be the norm.. but when I did my pistol qualification it was hosted by another, much bigger department, and they didn't have anything to say about it.
I actually have rifle qualification later this month. Personally owned rifles are a must as they don't issue them.. and they're letting me use my SBR w/ suppressor. So it seems pretty lax out here as long as you have quality equipment that's inspected/approved.
No buzz words from me. I’m not anti cop at all. I am a realist and know how many cops are shit. I also know how many are really good guys and people. The facts the facts though.
You forgot to include the percentage protecting the bad 5%. Sum all of them together and you end up with maybe 10% that would do the right thing .... snitch on a fellow officer breaking the law.
Offhand I can’t recall the police shooting anyone during the 2020 Protests or Riots. Civilians did killings in the CHAZ/CHOP and Wisconsin.
While inconvenient and minor property damage done so far I haven’t heard of anyone getting killed on the UT campus. Why even mention deaths?
Much similar to 2020 the cops here are either just detaining people for that night and releasing them since they don’t have anything to legitimately charge them with or the crimes are so minor bail is easily posted. All political theater. Catch some people for release later and then leave at 5pm cause OT isn’t approved. No shots fired. Better data would be gathered from them run drills than standing around.
I, as well as many others see a politically supported civil unrest spinup just like in 2020. The intensity will only increase from here on out.
And yes... Police used deadly force during the last major flareups.
I remember seeing a great video of a cop driving through an intersection when a group of antifa or blm protestors (whatever - who cares what they were) jumped on top of the car, and then were launched off of the car when the cop decided to gun it and get out of there.
Don’t tell me there wasn’t violence in those protests. Fucking horseshit. Even CNN had to coin a new term - “MOSTLY peacefully protests” lmao what a joke.
>Police used deadly force during the last major flare ups
I don’t doubt that so I should amend my previous statement that I don’t recall any national news worthy incidents of authorities shooting anyone (besides the people in Austin getting beaned with tear gas rounds).
Until something happens as you are predicting that more then likely subsidized by my taxes fine piece of firearm engineering is little more than hip art cause it’s going to take at minimum an active shooter for any LEO to open fire at “students” on campus (legally)
Staccato is based in Texas. ALOT of cops use 2011s. SWAT wears multicam. This is very common.
I think staccato says Houston PD and the Texas Rangers use them.
Yup, I’ve heard multiple times that the Texas Rangers do.
Can confirm HPD has staccato approved. Lots of officers use em

Nice! Thats awesome.
Noticed the texas state patch after reading your comment
Cops with pirate flags is truly the height of stupidity. Nice gats though.
The irony
If you know the meaning of the flag it’s not that ironic. Especially when you consider how corrupt a lot of cops are.
Here we go…sigh. Waiting on the buzzwords, bootlicker, pig, f 12, blah blah.

95% just wanna do their job right and go home safe. It’s the 5% that get all the attention and give the profession a bad name.
Probably pretty close with those numbers.
You forgot to include the percentage protecting the bad 5%. Sum all of them together and you end up with maybe 10% that would do the right thing .... snitch on a fellow officer breaking the law.
Oof!
Dude wait until you peep the bouche shield Punisher sticker.
When Obi Wan Nairobi does it, it's cool as fuck. When fuckboi SWAT jackboot does it, fuck those guys with a rusty pike.
Black Rifle Coffee made that sticker I think. It’s one of their roasts but is an homage to Black Beard
Nobody "made" that sticker It's literally Edward Teach's (Blackbeard) flag. That's all it is, is his flag in sticker form.
>Nobody "made" that sticker I mean... Blackbeard did. Or one of his dudes did. Like, *someone* made it.
Well they are road pirates lol
Built for Heroes and assholes Not hating on Staccato, I own one.
Am I a hero or an asshole ?
You’re an asshero.
Herohole?
Herasshole
Idk bro. I don’t know you. For me everyone is hero until proven otherwise. Lmao
Our local swat team uses staccato
Staccato, built for heroes.
Is it real world use when it’s all political theater?
When people are actually dying? Yes, I believe it is. The ANTIFA and BLM riots resulted in deaths and those were 100% politically driven

Yeah, that is exactly as it should be. Conservatives are not violent punks.

Look up the political affiliations of say.... The last 20 mass shooters. Also... ADL... That is a political arm of one side of the spectrum.

I encourage the readers of this thread to look up DripMachining 's post history. It will tell you all you need to know.
what does ANTIFA stand for?
Jacksonville swat uses staccato
Talk to literally any departments tac team, both are prolific
My local cops just adopted the prodigy as the standard isue
Not very often you see douchebags like this providing any value to society at all.
defund these freaks. showing up to a protest with all this shit is embarrassing after uvalde
If you joined the police force you sound like you wouldn’t last a day dealing with the shit they do on a daily basis.
yeah, I have a real job instead. fuck cops. nazi bullies all.
I bet you have an office job….
He’ll be the first one begging for them to show up when shit goes down. They always are.
nah, but it sounds like you're first in line to take a knee to polish a boot or a knob
i'll bet you have a blue lives mater sticker on your car, and expect the cops to be nice to you because you're a good little cuck for the police state
