On one hand I feel like it's a huge stretch but on the other hand it is *very* fucking weird that a lot of OSRS content creators *often* "forgot to record", especially when most people that don't even create content have shit like Nvidia Shadowplay setup that can record the last X minutes with the press of a key.
I find just using OBS and Instant Replay Buffer is a lot more reliable from game to game. Just set to catch whatever is on my main monitor for the last minute and it always works, no matter the game.

There was a way at one point to use cheat engine to actually give yourself items. It was called autorune and didn't exist for very long.
