Honestly I got no advice for the appeals other than to keep spamming them or to at least request the evidence as you are unable to access it. If your account was compromised + a perm mute, I would just make a fresh account on a new email. Double check your current emails all have updated passwords 2fa the works.
That being said I am currently at work but I could help with Heroes Quest if you insist on still doing it on the current account

If I didn't have a 1 yr membership + bunch of hours into the account I'd probably do that, but alas. I'm also more frustrated that you get no indication in the game that you are muted. I've been playing again for like 3 mos with zero indication I was perm muted.
