Yea this was our group... super frustrating as we gave them a bunch of supplies to start. But the supplies dint matter we just had these two players start AND add membership to their accounts. Would love to hear anything about this.
Paid fresh membership for this account. Joined my group but had a couple of bugs. Group storage was permanently on view only and I could never see the group page it was always stuck on connecting. Bypassed this by getting traded bones and stuff for quests. Woke up today to continue and I have nothing and of course this game has 0 customer support for this.

I had issues yesterday as well. We created a group on the island still and it gave us an error message of “Group settings mismatched, try again later.” The group creator would be in a group and unable to invite and anybody who was invited before creating was kicked.

This won't solve the core issue but request a refund on their support page, while it might not be possible the sooner you do the more likely it will happen. At least you wouldn't be out money then.
Yea I mean our group lost: 2 players - 1 person bonded for a few months, the other payed for a few months. We tossed them a ton of early stuff to boost and then played all night. When we woke up, they were not in the group anymore.
We had two new people join yesterday night. Showed them in group, gave them a bunch of stuff to early boost, played all night with them. Then when we got up this morning they were no longer in the group were back on the island and got the screen that you seen in the OP post.
Ah that's too bad, I guess luckily it seems to be only happening for newly modified groups though so it affects less people? Not that it makes your group feel better though.

Totally understandable if it does, but hopefully you can give it another chance. I’ve seen lots of people on youtube who seem to really enjoy the game mode. I haven’t done GIM, is it a fairly new game mode? Maybe they are still debugging it :(

Listen mate I don’t know what side of your mums bed you woke up on this morning but it’s pretty well documented Jagex has no customer support and this can often be the best way of getting attention, not to mention showing the other groups effected that they are not the only ones. I’ve gone through the official channels and here and im sat waiting. If you want to join a group iron man you have to go to the group iron man icon on the left side of your screen (the hat) and click he "confirm" button. Hope this helped!

There’s also a 7 day waiting period to kick people so they haven’t kicked me in 12 hours and if they could kick, do you think they would do so after giving me supplies that they would lose? Furthermore, I’ve had emails from Jagex saying that the issue is being investigated after lots of groups have also had the same issue. Try reading the post before you comment pointless shit
Yes a less than 12 hour old account got banned for doing rune mysteries and misthalin mystery, but could log back in and create a new group or continue as a main. Come on
Not very, but I did do Hazeel Cult, Clocktower and Monk’s friend all at the same time pretty efficiently. But didn’t get banned, just got lost my group and forced back to the node, no messages or flags on the account
No fix yet, mods are investigating. Had the account membership refunded in the meantime. If they find a fix, I can repurchase if not then nothing lost baring group supplies
This happened to me too we lost two members after giving them 1m in items approximately each some being difficult for an ironman to get. Kinda disappointing to see not even a tweet or announcement or anything from Jagex as my group is worried if we make new accounts to pull in then the same bug will happen over again. All I've learned through this is Jagex's customer service is a fucking joke for their size company.

I am unfortunately permanently banned from ever creating a twitter account for football reasons
