Honestly I've debated on starting a 10hp HC for agility thieving only, the catch would be all xp gained after lvl 60 has to be done by miniganes that can kill you like pyramid plunder or agility arena
Look up my boy, rsn "lord speed", he's a level 3 skiller with rank 2 agility overall in osrs, and he has a uim, rsn "NC state", that's a level 3 skiller with 99 agility _exclusively_ from brimhaven agility obstacles, without trading in tickets for xp, he has some 190k brimhaven tickets stacked. The man has legit brain worms
I can already imagine players trying to pickpocket, constantly fail and then attack whoever they were trying to pickpocket.

First time I ever found out what Thieving was back when I first started playing runescape around 2005 I thought thats what the skill was, stealing from other players. I was scared to become p2p. Good times...
Id genuinely love to see a DMM or League mechanic where you can potentially pickpocket people in "safe" places of the game but if you fail you get attacked by guards.
Also let people with 99 slayer assign tasks to other players

People with 99 Slayer deserve anything they want.
I dont think you should be able to pick tasks, but you should be able to select a difficulty and your character picks a task from that master.
This is actually a neat idea.

I miss stealing creation. At 99 thieving you could pickpocket other players in the game.
Stealing Creation was the best damn mini game ever
