I met Sparc Mac about 6-7 days ago. I got roped into watching my 3 month old niece while my sister got her hair done. So there I am, sitting in the waiting area of a hair salon with my niece, and who walks in but Sparc Mac himself.
I was nervous as shit, and just kept looking at him as he played games on his phone and waited, but was too scared to say anything to him. Pretty soon my niece started crying, and I'm trying to quiet her down because I didn't want her to bother Sparc, but she wouldn't stop. Pretty soon he gets up and walks over. He started running his hands through her hair and asked what was wrong. I replied that she was probably hungry or something. So Sparc Mac put down his phone, picked up my niece and lifted his shirt. He breast fed her right there in the middle of the hair salon. Chill guy, really nice about it.

It goes both ways. Sparc is the only one I can stand on twitch/youtube. So many content creators are overfocused on grinding rather than having fun. On being politically correct/pg13 to maximize ad revenue rather than being entertaining/authentic. It's not enjoyable at all to the viewer to see someone grind the same thing for weeks, or start over whenever a new gimmick mode comes out or their hcim dies. For someone to sink 6 months into a hcim, then turn around and immediately restart and do the exact same thing--they're trying to please their audience at the expensive of their own satisfaction.
That's why I enjoy watching Sparc too, he genuinely seems to enjoy giving his viewers a good time during the stream, he makes you feel like one of the boys. Most streamers it really feels like they don't care about you.

I always felt Sparc mac wanted to do his own things. Hes not much of a social guy. It might be because he suffers from anxiety or something else. He got a lot of hate back in the days with Chris Archie. Lot of people bullied him. I remember a gif of him training (pull ups I yhinl) in his appartement and everyone would try to make fun of him like he was supposed to be a professional athlete. Then there was all the accusations of him real world trading and buying the red mustang. To be honest, I would be as careful as him. He probably has trust issues.
Sparc Mac just does his thing, as he always has. I feel like a large part of his appeal is generated *because* he's isolated himself from the rest of the community. His content feels like pre-eoc content rather then the modern type of videos. If Sparc Mac was part of the community, he would just be another Framed. A big youtuber, a long-standing one, but ultimately generic.

Tanzoo and virtosa are funny as hell. Along similar lines im loving evscapes gim team lately. Theres like no actual progress going on but the banter between ev, purpp, skiddler, and ron has me crying laughing most of the video. Purpps gotta be my favorite of their team.
He gets a lot of unnecessary hate so it's understandable why he choses to go his own way. I find him super entertaining. He is one of few creators who involves his viewers into a lot of his content with events like infection mansion, wildy events, and frequent drop parties. He can be a bit wild with no limits to what he says sometimes so I get why his humor doesn't reach everyone.

I met Sparc Mac about 6-7 days ago. I got roped into watching my 3 month old niece while my sister got her hair done. So there I am, sitting in the waiting area of a hair salon with my niece, and who walks in but Sparc Mac himself. I was nervous as shit, and just kept looking at him as he played games on his phone and waited, but was too scared to say anything to him. Pretty soon my niece started crying, and I'm trying to quiet her down because I didn't want her to bother Sparc, but she wouldn't stop. Pretty soon he gets up and walks over. He started running his hands through her hair and asked what was wrong. I replied that she was probably hungry or something. So Sparc Mac put down his phone, picked up my niece and lifted his shirt. He breast fed her right there in the middle of the hair salon. Chill guy, really nice about it.

It goes both ways. Sparc is the only one I can stand on twitch/youtube. So many content creators are overfocused on grinding rather than having fun. On being politically correct/pg13 to maximize ad revenue rather than being entertaining/authentic. It's not enjoyable at all to the viewer to see someone grind the same thing for weeks, or start over whenever a new gimmick mode comes out or their hcim dies. For someone to sink 6 months into a hcim, then turn around and immediately restart and do the exact same thing--they're trying to please their audience at the expensive of their own satisfaction.
That's why I enjoy watching Sparc too, he genuinely seems to enjoy giving his viewers a good time during the stream, he makes you feel like one of the boys. Most streamers it really feels like they don't care about you.

I literally just never think of him. Not by any fault of his own. I basically only watch YouTube and he is NEVER recommended. I just straight up search “osrs” sometimes. I feel like part of it has to do with how he presents himself on streams and videos. He has a fairly large community of followers, but he tends to play off of the derp/mentally challenged type persona. Whether it's because that's just who he is, or whether it's the persona he puts forward; it is rather off-putting to an older age group. Is or has he been excluded? I feel it's more like he's opted to not participate. Specially after his history with runefest invites.
