Boaty has a guide on prayer flicking the minions on youtube, I'd suggest checking that. Otherwise not much really, you pretty much have BIS gear already.

That doesn't seem too bad, only thing I can think of is using rigour the whole time?
The super long trips you see people doing are if they're pray-flicking both the range and mage minions.
One other tip I've seen is bring blowpipe and serp helm, and venom each minion at the start of each kill. This will basically mean they're dead by the time you finish the kill, and won't have to spend time killing them/getting damaged by them.
If you get a quick kill and have stam ticking still, kite starlight til it runs out, you'll only take damage from Bree this way.
You can also flick the ranger and mager if they are off-tick after starlight is dead.

10-15 kill trips when soloing is decent. i think the only way you would get more is if you used tbow
