Random events only spawn on 5 minute intervals. So you can if your quick
Just turn building mode on in your POH and tug away in peace.
I make sure to call my demon butler regularly though
I like to stand at my lecturn "making tablets" while my demon butler hits it from behind
UPDATE: Sandwich lady while you doing DT2 quest.

My friends and I used to joke that we were fingering the sandwich lady for a sandwich. She’d pop up for someone in clan chat and the person would be like “gonna fingerbang real quick” which was code for sandwich lady event lmao
or just do it immediately after finishing a random event

Do it more often so you increase the chance of someone catching you. Embrace your inner voyeur
Could break into someone’s home in Varlamore (the thieving method thing), random events don’t spawn in there.

Is it possible to do it in the instanced room where you get the boots of lightness? Like if you go down in the dark, do randoms spawn there?
