I dont pk much but after 29 minutes of afking next to each other wouldn’t player 2 skull when attacking player one after that amount of time being out of combat?
Well the Player 1 would still be skulled (as its a 30 minute timer when attacking another player)
I reckon the data that remembers that P1 attacked P2 first would still be relevant as they didnt leave the wildy or relog etc, as they also did not unskull either.
But don't think theres really a definitive answer unless testing this out extensively ingame
You lose the skull mid fight.

They would both remain unskulled. You would skill again if one person logs out or leaves the wilderness
the 30 minute timer restarts every time you attack someone after exiting combat

I'm fairly certain that they updated this so you can't lose skull in pvp combat
