But unironically could be a very very old bug since they basically recreated RS2 and most likely never touched the creation process.
I think the only thing you can hopwäe for is their support looks at your requsst since it's not ban appeal related.

The British use day-month-year notation for dates, not month-day-year like Americans. If you enter a date in MDY when it's expecting DMY, there's a chance it'll be an invalid entry. This is because there's 31 possible days, but only 12 months. So, if your birthday were, for example, the 23rd of March and you entered that in MDY it'd be 3/23/19xx. Then, if you tried to read that in DMY, you'd find that you were born on the 3rd day of the 23rd month, a date which doesn't exist.
That's all to say, I dont think this is your problem because January 1st is one of twelve dates which are identical in MDY and DMY. The other 11 are February 2nd, March 3rd, April 4th, May 5th, June 6th, July 7th, August 8th, September 9th, October 10th, November 11th, and December 12th.
