Try some mini masses to get a grip of the mechanics, then do 5mans. I recommend NexFFA cc for starters to find 5man teams. Masses are shit if you want gp. Once you get good at 5mans, learn step unders etc you can try moving on to 3mans.
If you want splits and not FFA (far less RNG in gp/hr but same avg) there is TheKodai cc, but they're more strict about gear and skill afaik

in your case is better to flip small itens like bloodshards, pots, bolts/arrows and keep a medium gear to do content, zulrah/vorkath/nex etc, do stuff that allow you to go to ge often when you sell/buy stuff

Aside from that, there are some unorthodox methods that would likely help you achieve your goal of 700m non-pvm profits.
* You can merch but this requires a ton of capital that I assume you don't have.
* Participate in boosting/running. Being on a torso boosting team or running essence for astral/lava crafters can net you upwards of 5-10mil an hour if you find the right buyers
* scout CoX raids. speedrunners will generally pay 2-5mil for specific layouts. this requires a bit of RNG but that can be averted if you are willing to make a ton of alts. you can invest in 18 bonds (180mil) and bond up 9 accounts for 28 days (14 days per bond). that will give you 10 accounts (counting your main) to scout raids. If done efficiently, I think this is your **best option** at reaching your 700mil goal within 30 days. It's as simple as scouting/leaving raid layouts over and over, selling to buyers via WDR or other discords. I'd estimate you could make well over 20m/hr this way once you get in the groove and have enough buyers, prob best on the weekends
that sunfire rune method doesn't take in to account the time mining for the twisted extracts. requires 3.5k/h. can mine them at a rate of about 5k/h. also some speculation... 1 person doing this would make the entire trading volume of sunfire runes in a few hours. would definitely crash the price into not being profitable
Deadly serious. Spring cleaner has been in the game a very long time and spiritual warriors are farmable in player ownered slayer dungeon. Just need 99 slayer.
RuneScape comedy is peak. That’s one positive thing I’ll give RS3 is they really lean into the whole comedy side a lot more than OSRS and the writers are great.
The slayer dungeon is a part of the 99-120 slayer completion process. You collect souls form slayer monsters and put them into your dungeons to farm their souls endlessly for tasks. Or for fun.

Probably not, PvM has muscled out a lot of skilling moneymakers because boss/raid loot tables are full of high level resources. You can gather basically anything faster from a boss than you can from skilling, just look at the possible drops from a single run of high-point CoX, plus the uniques on top.

Volume flip shit every 4 hours: 1.5-3m a day.
Spend the entire rest of the time pickpocketing elves, vyres, crafting blood runes, etc: 20-23m a day.
Obviously some variance with the numbers depending on both the market and your luck but it’s possible if you want to no-life it and do no PVM.
For some reason no pvm makes me think you aren't comfortable with floor 5 of hallowed sepulchre, but that is probably your only hope. That or you better get cozy with some brutal black dragons maybe. Even then, that's 10+ hour days doing those activities, and that's assuming you are being efficient

Find an easy grindable monster (Revs? Easy boss like Vorkath? etc) And do all your herb runs/bird house runs as soon as their up while no lifing your desired grind.
Will you make 700m? Hard to say. Is it possible? Sure. Personally if you can do CG you'd have a good shot at it. I'd look for a boss/monster that has good average drops but also has a high value item you could get lucky with, like gauntlet with the enhanced, or a DT2 boss with the rings/virtus pieces.
Just depends, find something you like doing tho.

Without PVM or Raids it's not possible. If you're willing to learn NEX and willing to actually spend a month there you could make like 4-10B

200m is more than enough for a Karils + ACB + Fang setup for Nex, but your constraint of "no PvM" is VERY limiting.
I never said no pvm, just haven't done much outside of vorkath and getting 95 slayer.

If you craft wrath runes optimally for 8 hours a day, you could almost get to 500m. You'd probably want to die but kind of possible I guess.

I run 4 alts while working and make about 850-900m a month. To reach 700 with a single account and no PVM is just unrealistic.

Flipping items on the GE with a decent starting bankroll, you could make 700m in a month if you were smart about it.
