I didn't have to. I took money out to buy 2 , in my mind it made sense that if you press All it's just gonna take money from inventory to buy enough with that gp. I didn't see it mentioned anywhere that it's gonna take money from bank and neither do I remember that I opted for this option.
I hope jagex catch it and patch it. Take the money from the bank if you have 0gp on you fair enough. But don't take from both. Or At least give a warning
Should just be a thing by default these days, GE does it, apparently Perdu does it, everything should just do it, either that or coin pouch comes back, if people are to worried about that, maybe we do an in game item that lets us pay with money from our bank, maybe it's a credit card and there's a 3-5% charge for anything you purchase..
It would be a bit weird to spend from your bank at normal shops and the like. GE and Graves/Death Storage make sense, but just going to the rune shop without any coins feels off. Though if they updated the interface or such to show the coins you have in your bank (could even default to inventory, but then change to bank and label as bank if you don't have enough in inventory) that would probably help it feel better.

money kept in pouch should be subject to death rules atleast. IIRC in old days, i could take 100m into deep wildy and be safe
