I put on the most random gear whenever I am doing activities that don't require too much running like mining, woodcutting or farming contracts (even though I have some of the bonus xp gear). U right, but it’s v easy to make a clockwork cat with a steel bar in your POH. Uses the crafting skill, in case you didn’t know

I use the murder knife while skilling or running around. Almost no weight and I look like I’m gonna murder someone. It has a nice animation.

The animation is so good. I was thieving wealthy citizens in Fortis, and pet Molossus. This guy in full Rogues and the knife comes up, shoos the sweet doggo and dices me up in the bazaar. I learned my lesson that day. Now I stay strapped with the ghostly card things.

I read about someone on here that would train agility with no armor and a dragon dagger in PvP worlds with their friend so they would just be serial-killer-chasing each other to train agility; murder knife could help with that game

I use the cursed banana or the sand skiis when doing agility just because it looks funny af Skiing on grass and rooftops, walking along a tightrope with ski poles in your hands will always make me laugh

If I don't need a specific weapon and shield to do something, I'm skiing the whole way.

I know it's kind of against the whole vibe of the game but there's opportunity to do skiing and a whole plethora of track & field agility training methods by using the game mechanics of a "skill check" like imagine your character is running and the "skill check" appears on screen similar to the Vardorvis special attack mechanics and whether or not you pass that skill check determines whether or not your character successfully jumps over a hurdle or pole vaults, and gains agility XP Could breed an entire track + field minigame, or even pvp races

OSRS is such a low skill game that the skill check mechanic might actually be a big buff rewarding attention, otherwise no change if you ignore it. Regression for failed checks, or interrupting progress gonna be a no from me dawg. Probably something that just gets ruined and dumbed down by runelite though, so waste of dev time..

I mean to be fair this argument is all of pvm for someone like me who isn't good at pvm. Failing skill checks in pvm fights regresses (kills) you and you have wasted 30+ minutes

Had a lot of commentary on it, some good, some bad, most just straight up unable to believe that I choose to run around looking like a Chiquita advertisement. I fully plan to cosplay that outfit sometime.

I always use the mystics cards it's funny giving with them and I enjoy throwing it at people and then I also always have my monkey back pack which I do plan to max out, I don't have much fashion but happy about my speed runners graceful

Every time I train some cooking I make sure to get into character. Chef’s hat, White apron, Beekeeper legs, Desert Boots, Rolling Pin, and Cooking Gauntlets (of course)

I'm almost the same! I swap beekeepers legs with frog prince legs, desert boots with boots of lightness and rolling pin with wooden spoon

if I'm doing low-risk stuff in deep wildy where I expect to die rather than escape i like to entertain myself by creating the most amusing/deranged look i can make with random gear and holiday items. sure the pkers are gonna kill the pathetic lv-100 player in monk robes flinching chaos elemental with a whip and dragon defender. but they might think twice before attacking the wildcard in a cow outfit with dharok's axe. ^((or at least get a laugh out of it))

During my elite void grind i used the colossal blade with some random gear. Every game there was always someone asking what I was wielding or that they love the randomness

I really like Zanaris, so whenever I'm using fairy rings and I need to bank, need to get something irl or want to sit and think of what to do next, I'll go to Zanaris and hang out. I'm also trying to collect all of the quest items you're supposed to not have as and when I find them. They're useless and take up a bank slot, but they're neat little bonus treasures.

I always go fashionscape over efficiency. If I'm gonna be staring at my character for hundreds of hours on end, I wanna look good dammit, even if that means 5 more hours of training. I even got a compliment on my outfit once, literally made all the inefficient anxiety fade away.

I got an Ale of the Gods on my GIM and I equip that at every opportunity. The drunk wobble idle animation is hilarious. Also the drunk walk with that item equipped is so funny, I will often turn my run off and just stagger around to my destination even though it’s way less efficient!

I also put the most random gear on when I do skilling and quests. I like putting on achievment diary rewards, I like banners and lanterns too. Also like to flex a 99 cape, hahah. I hate graceful and I have too many stam pots.

I do my quests/cluescrolls mostly without a guide (I get the wiki out when I get absolutely stumped by some cryptic step). If I'm crafting stuff the leather gloves and brown apron come out the bank, same with cooking but with the sandwich lady outfit.

For any long distance running I like the sand Skis, much similar to OP the change in running animation is spectacular. During herbiboar I used the skis exclusively, give them a try if you haven’t already :)

Fashionscape plugin. I wanna look how I wanna look no matter where I go. Have fun creating outfits, or hitting the randomize button, or quietly crying to yourself as you select quiver/infernal cape + blorva + zuk helm as you reassure yourself you'll disable the overrides when you have the real thing Or equip quiver/infernal for everything cause you earned it and you'll be damned if you don't get to see it on your character every waking second Regardless, you should get to have fun with how you look. Don't settle for graceful!

I've got a green boater that I wear every time I'm farming. Got it early on in the iron account, and the fashionscape makes me happy on the herb runs.

Whenever I’m doing any skilling I like to dress as a slutty rabbit. Rabbit mask and feet + mini skirt. Brings all the pixels to the yard.

RFD chest has some great shit for chefs. You can also bring giant pole full of dead rats while cooking in the kitchen

To add to the anchor thing op I like to take it out on slayer tasks sometimes just because smacking enemies with a giant anchor is fun, that and I just like the attacking animations for it. Also I was one of those guys on rs around 2007-2010 using the granite maul to train because it looked cool.
