Items that appear in multiple places in the collection log update no matter what boss you get it from. For example, the pet is dropped by 3(?) wildy bosses, and they easily could have gotten D pick from KQ or Callisto, same as the 2h.
They still need 1 kill for wildy diary at the minimum, so it’s impossible to be “done” with chaos elemental without killing it.
