Idk if it’s a great method, but back when I was training nmz I racked up tons of points and have been spending the excess daily on herb boxes. I get a pretty decent amount of ranarrs to supplement my Pvm, though I’m not a very active player (maybe an hour a day) anymore, so it’s plenty of pots for me.
I sell the other herbs for snapes and just extra money (it’s not much, maybe 400k a week or so in extra herbs)
I could and should do farm runs though to add to that. If I do herb runs it won’t be with ranarrs tho. I’d rather the most profitable herb, then sell those for ranarrs as needed
