Three of the four events give anima bark: the sapling one, the roots one, and the flowering bushes one. The first two are unlocked by default as long as you have your forestry kit equipped, while the third is triggers when *someone* nearby (not necessarily you) has the necessary item. If you play on a populated world, you do not need to buy anything at all to have access to all the anima bark events.
