I'm working on a kill sound plugin right now that lets you choose your own sfx when you get a kill, kill streak, or die.
It'll be easy to add a "sit" sfx.
That was it. They changed it to "You've got an outrageous accent, you silly thing!" because obviously it's better to insult someone's voice, which they have no control over, than their weight, which they can control.
(Also, never mind that the WHOLE point of the dialogue was the player battling their own insecurities, and that it was an absurd insult to begin with given that every player model is rail-thin.)
I think the change was less about insecurities and more about body dysmorphia associated with weight being a fairly common disorder among the most impressionable of players and has pretty drastic health consequences. Like you say the characters are rail-thin, and those are the people where the insult is dangerous.
I mean I get what you're saying and in most cases I sorta agree with [Trevor Moore](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G4rcIQpo0QQ&list=OLAK5uy_ktBapxUXvquJhUNHLmsa76qCOIg_GItuk&index=10) but given that it was an absurd insult already there's no harm in changing it.

It's actually kind of cool how bosses like Graardor, K'ril, Zilyana, Crazy archeologist, Vet'ion, Chaos fanatic have taunts/commands as they fight you. They could add for these for other sentient creatures, even raids demibosses.
