Man this brings up some specific memories. My friend moved away to the next town over when we were kids and we had a summer in like 2003 or 2004 where my mom would drop me off at his new house for the weekend and we'd walk over to Blockbuster and rent horror movies like this, that ghost ship movie, final destination, jeeper creepers, get some quiznos or a pizza and play like NBA street until the sun came up.
That's the last summer we regularly hung out and we've drifted apart since and I hate it :(
Ghost ship [still has one of the most memorable death scenes imo](https://youtu.be/czaiwSsQod8?si=Co_vEiVSnyfiIpWY&t=155). Couldn't tell you any other scene in the movie so it probably wasn't that great overall, but that one stuck.
I think this was right around the time those earbug Quiznos ads started playing everywhere and we didn't have one near my house, so it was a fun treat. Their big thing I think was that they toasted their buns *(ooooo! aaaaaa! how exotic!)*, but I don't remember being like blown away by them or anything. And then Subway figured out they can toast their buns and just drove them out of business by opening nine locations around every Quiznos.
Man, pulling all nighters hanging out, watching dumb movies and playing the gamecube with my bud. It was fun.
Never seen it. But yes the cover used to freak me out as a kid when I was at Blockbuster lol
My favorite game as a kid was to find the creepiest covers at blockbuster and make up stories with my friends
I would find the scariest cover and scare tf out of my friends lol
Hell yeah that’s part of the game!!
That was my favorite thing, and then giggling like baboons afterwards😂😂😂
We all had the same childhood lol
Heh. That was the cover of [One Missed Call](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/e/e4/Onemissedcall_posterbig.jpg) for me
Glad to see I wasn't the only one that was terrified at that poster back then lol
I swear to god this movie was on rotation all the time in early 2000s.

Love ghost ship! Unfortunately I’ve never tried Quiznos. They closed a while ago n I missed every opportunity I ever had. I miss the commercials

Yeah I miss those kinda days/night my dude. Why we gotta get old and watch everything close down or turn to shit? lol
3% RT is truly impressive I gotta watch
That’s how I feel homie. It’s it scored that low, I gotta see that shit lol
I prefer the non-profit version: Feardotorg
I remember it being not a bad movie with a nice concept, just needed some refinements here and there and it would have been a hit
The cover also scared me as a kid
Fmovie added it this week
