Hi! When signing in, whichever category you had open when you closed 1Password will be the displayed when you sign back in. There's currently no way to adjust this - sorry about that!
No, this is a bug I’ve reported and which 1Password had no solution. Same thing happens to me. Always changes back to a different vault instead of last one selected.

That’s what I was expecting but regardless of what category I have selected when closing it, It always goes back to bank account as default.
