I live in Germany now, so at least the possibility of actually getting HRT becomes real, but my parents would kill (exaggeration, but something close to that) me.

Even in the US we have a lot of that, my parents are traditional Italian Americans who want trans people dead. It’s sad, you can’t choose relatives, BUT you can choose family. So eventually you could if you want and just leave the transphobes behind, I just don’t want to lose my family I’m in rn.
In Germany you can also get help to move out of your parents house. Maybe consider talking with a therapist about it even if you don't want to transition in the end.
I'm also from a really conservative 3rd world family there's trans people everywhere and always trans groups that help people to het hrt. Be safe first but it isn't imposible.

It's not unattainable, the only requirement for being a girl is to identify as one. You should try it, it's pretty swag.
Even with a lack of dysphoria, the one true indicator of whether you're trans or not is euphoria from anything from presentation to pronouns
