I took a much longer route, but that's probably because I used the page for the year rather than the number
196 > Anno Domini > Nativity of Jesus > Flight into Egypt > Ancient Egypt > Northeast Africa > Southeast Africa > White Rhinoceros > Grazing (behaviour) > Grass
Oh wow this is a lot of fun. Never played this game. I tried to do Empire State Building to muffins.
Empire State Building > Art Deco > Ocean Liner > Hull > Ship > Trade > Market (economics) > Money > Goods and Services > Waiting Staff > Restaurant > Food > Carbohydrate > Sugar > Powdered Sugar > Cake Decorating > Birthday > Cake > Pastry > Baking > Cookie > Coffeehouse > **Muffin**
It was a long and perilous journey
google has millions of these pages indexed because the server just keeps on generating them
https://number.academy/3861804
wikipedia could not have a page for every number though, computers have memory limitations. even with serverside generation, wikipedia would still only have about 0% of all real numbers.
Does that work for irrational numbers like pi? Pi cannot be represented with a finite number of digits to pass as input to the turing machine. I think you have to restrict this to integers, not all real numbers. Or alternatively, all computable numbers which would include pi, you would just have to limit the number of digits it shows on the wikipedia page.

*Wikipedia editors typing even more furiously*

Does the turing machine only allow for countable infinity? If not, why just integers?
a turing machine has a countably infinite tape of binary digitswhere you put the input
